Frequently Asked Questions

  • Return/Replace a product?
    1- Log in and go to your account. 2- Go to return/replace tab. 3- Choose an option in the drop-down menu then fill you e-mail & Contact number (from which you have placed the order). Then click next. 4- In the Second form fill your bill/invoice number & your address. Then click Submit. 5- As your form is approved we will pick up the product. Note- Our team may call you in case fo any help needed.
  • I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
    We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at shopon7x24@gmail.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
